Before sending an email to our customer support or sending us a message through our contact form please make sure to read through this FAQ section. Most of the questions you may have on your mind are already answered here. If, for any reasons, you don’t find an answer here on this page please don’t hesitate and drop us a message. Pleasing our customers is always our highest priority and we’re always here to help you out!

Can I change my order?

Generally speaking, you can, yes. But you need to hurry up. Once your order has been printed we are not able to change it anymore. So please make sure to contact us as fast as possible with your order number and we’ll try to help you with the change.

As long as your oder is not shipped we can still change the shipping address for you. Please make sure to contact us as fast as possible giving us your new shipping address and we will try to help you with this.

Once your order is shipped (you’ll receive a message with a tracking number) we are not able to change the address anymore. In this case please make sure to contact the carrier and they will assist you further.

As long as your order is not printed yet, we can still cancel your order. Once your order is in the printing process we cannot cancel any orders anymore. Please contact us with your order number and the subject line “Cancel order number ….” and we will assist you with this.

Returns & Exchanges

If your product is personalized we cannot accept any returns, because we simply cannot stock personalized items.

However, we accept returns if we made a mistake or if the product qualifies for a return.

  • A change in size: If you have ordered your product in the wrong size by mistake please insert a note which size you need and we’ll send you the right one. Please note:
  1.  The product must be unworn and unwashed
  2. The product needs to be in its original state and packaging
  3. The product needs to be returned with 30 days of reception
  • You received a wrong item: We apologize for this mistake and will get this right for you. Please return your package with a notice of your order number and the item that you have originally ordered and we will make sure to send out the right product to you as fast as possible. Please note:
  1.  The product must be unworn and unwashed
  2. The product needs to be in its original state and packaging
  3. The product needs to be returned with 30 days of reception
  • You received a damaged product: We apologize for this issue. Providing a top notch quality is one of our priorities, but unfortunately damages can happen even to us. In this case you don’t need to return your order. Just send us a photo showing the damage and we will send you a replacement free of charge as fast as possible.

If you qualify for a return please make sure to send us an email to support@gearbaron.com with all the required information. We will get in touch with you shortly afterwards.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges if:

  • You simply don’t like the product anymore or changed your mind. We print our products on demand and cannot accept any inquiries with this reason.
  • The product has already been worn or washed
  • The product has been altered in any way
  • The product does not have the original tags on it
  • The product was on final sale or clearance sale

General Questions

We have two factories, one in the US and one in Europe. We produce your individual product in the factory that is closest to your destination or that can ship your order to you in the fastest time possible.

Currently we focus all of our support on email only. This ensures that we can serve as many customers as possible in the most effective way. We are working on expanding our services and this option will be available soon.

We are US based and can only charge our customers in USD. Please don’t worry, your credit card company, bank or PayPal will handle these transactions without any problems. 

You may see a different amount due to a currency exchange rate. We don’t have any influence on this rate. This usually affects our customers in Canada, Australia or New Zealand only. You can contact your bank any time and they can give you an exact calculation of the transaction.

We are focused on providing only the best quality for our products. You will receive a very unique “limited edition” piece of clothing that is only available on our store. Our products can’t be bought anywhere else in the world. Having a unique, high quality product is worth this price, in our eyes.

We produce our products by hand. The items are printed, cut and sewn by hand in Europe or the US by highly qualified designers and sewers. Did you know that you cannot break our seams? Try it yourself.

Unfortunately, the highest quality comes at the expense of demanding for a higher price. The upside is that you will be wearing your product way longer than any other and will enjoy it for years to come.

We are constantly trying to improve our process and materials to maintain and enhance the quality of our products. We test any product and material to match our standards. This guarantees a top notch quality product that keeps its elasticity, form and stretch for a long time. If you’re still not convinced please place a test order yourself and you will feel the difference from the very first moment.

You can only use one coupon at a time. If you have one that does not work please shoot us an email and we’ll get this right for you.

Shipping Questions

We ship our products worldwide. Just place your order on our store and we’ll be happy to send it to you, no matter where you live!

Our production process is divided in two parts, the printing and the shipping part:

All of our products are printed, cut and sewn by hand. This process takes us 2-7 business days. About 98% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and 50% within 3 business days or less. We do everything we can to get your product(s) to you as fast as we can, please rest assured.

Shipping times depend on your location, but you will be able to select your choice during your checkout process. Generally speaking we will need between 3-7 business days for shipping to most countries.

 

 

On some occasions we need to ship your order using different packages. This happens rarely, but in this case you should have received two separate tracking numbers as well. If you think there is an issue please reach out to us and we’ll have a closer look.

Shipping costs vary on the shipping method and your location. You can see the shipping costs upfront before placing your order, so you are definitely on the safe side.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You will get a tracking code with it as well. If you, for any reason, can’t find it or have problems getting it to work please contact us and we will help you with this.

We don’t charge you any additional fees or taxes. Unfortunately additional taxes or fees that may be due in your country are out of our control. Customs may pick random packages from time to time in some countries. But there is nothing we can do about this.
